Per kilo pork lechon is i think wiser to buy than whole pork lechon. When buying pork lechon per kilo one is sure that all the purchased meat can be served on your table. In reality, the whole pork lechon isn't really whole at all because some meat are taken away by the the one who cooked the pork lechon and it will be so disappointing that all what you have is just the skin and the skeleton, less pork meat.
