Resolving Conflicts among kids

Just a while ago I was having hard time resolving conflicts among my two kids. It is really not easy to have kids with only 1 year gap. I often find them quarreling over unnecessary things. It is giving me some head ache. I seldom seen them peacefully playing together. I hope that there will be no competition among them. There are still a lot of parenting endeavor ahead.
